Presentation Materials Development

Below are examples of the five publication formats we will create and deliver for each set of PowerPoint slides you provide us. Click on an image to display each layout in a larger view with additional information.

• The notes for each slide are displayed on the left page (speaker notes) and the slide body content is displayed on the right page.
• The speaker notes page displays references to the corresponding participant guide page and slide numbers.
• This layout makes it easy for the speaker to review and deliver additional discussion points for each slide.

• The participant guide is a companion document to the speaker guide.
• This guide displays only the slide body content from each slide in the deck.
• The notes for each slide in the deck are not part of the participant guide layout.
• This layout does not contain the "Speaker Notes" page design found within the speaker guide.

• The presentation guide is an all-inclusive layout; it displays the slide body content and slide notes inline.
• The slide body content displays first and any slide notes display below.
• The slide note content is displayed in a light gray box to distinguish it from the slide body content.
• This layout does not contain the "Speaker Notes" page design found within the speaker guide.

• The 2-column handout is published as a completely separate output.
• This publication displays the slide content using a 2-column format on a landscape page.
• The slide notes are not displayed in the handout.

• The 3-column handout is published as a completely separate output.
• This publication displays the slide content using a 3-column format on a landscape page.
• The slide notes are not displayed in the handout.
• The trifold handout looks very similar to the 3-column handout only the column width formatting is set differently to create a perfect trifold.
