As a licensed Officient user you immediately receive the benefits of our Standard Support Program and have the option to upgrade to the Five Star Support Program.
Standard Support Program
All licensed Officient users are entitled to the following support with purchase:
- 60-day access to the Five Star Logic Support Center
- Submit support requests to our expert staff
- Download access to critical bug fixes for your version only
- Answers to the most frequently asked questions about Officient
- Opportunity to suggest improvements you want to see in future Officient releases
Five Star Support Program
Licensed Officient users have the option to upgrade at checkout to our premium support, which includes:
- 6-month or 12-month access to the Five Star Logic Support Center
- Submit support requests to our expert staff
- Immediate notification and download access to all Officient upgrades and maintenance releases
- Answers to the most frequently asked questions about Officient
- Opportunity to suggest improvements you want to see in future Officient releases
- Escalated telephone support if an Officient support technician determines online support is insufficient for the resoultion of technical software issues
Trial and Evaluation Users
We believe our free trial users should receive the same level of support as our paying customers. After all we expect you to choose Five Star Logic as your technology partner and we want the entire experience to be smooth. Trial users have the option to register for free 30-day Standard Support Program access. Trial users may experience slightly longer response times than licensed users.
